ARM Properties Plc. is a principally owned subsidiary of ARM. It aims at making worthwhile investments in the Nigerian real estate sector.

The company is managed by ARM Real Estate, but structurally independent with its own board. The Company's objective of making focused investments in the Nigerian real estate sector is realized by issuing real estate instruments into the market, the first of which would be a listed Real Estate Investment Fund. The aim is to maximise return on investment in order to provide investors with a significant and above average return. These primary objectives are met by investing directly in real estate as a functional real estate company instead of through real estate instruments.

ARM Properties Plc plans to list on the Nigerian Stock Exchange shortly.
