The Recruitment Process
ARM's recruiting process enforces our philosophy that applicants' understanding of the ARM culture is as important as the skills and talent they can bring to the Firm. QUALITIES WE SEEK INCLUDE - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence, creativity, and intelligence
- Team Spirit
- Proficiency in computer use
- A relevant masters degree and/or professional qualification
HOW THE PROCESS WORKS - For candidates who have more than three years relevant experience and a masters degree, your first interview will be with the HR manager. This interview is designed to help us get to know you, and for you to ask questions about our Firm. The interview will focus primarily on your past experiences and accomplishments as well as your general suitability for, and interest in ARM. After this interview, we can determine the best match for you among our hiring units, based on your skills, experiences, and stated preferences. Recent graduates or candidates who have no prior experience will be required to write an aptitude test. The aptitude test will assess your numerical, analytical, communication, problem solving, time management and decision making skills. If you are successful, the interview process will begin.
- You may then be invited back for a second interview with the head of the unit that best fits your skills. This is a more technical interview to determine your suitability for the available position.
- A third interview with a panel will be scheduled to further determine your suitability for the Firm, and the position you have applied for.
- The last phase of the interview process is a meeting with HR to discuss compensation. Additionally, applicants for senior management positions or who would report directly to the Managing Director/CEO will have a meeting with the Managing Director/CEO.
