Felix Ohiwerei - Chairman

Mr. Felix Ohiwerei was appointed Chairman of ARM's Board of Directors in May 2006. He has had a distinguished business career, both locally and internationally, and today sits on the boards of numerous blue chip companies including Virgin Nigeria, Nigerian Breweries Plc, and Unilever Nigeria Plc.

Christopher N. Okeke - Non-Executive Director

Mr. Okeke is a member of the Board of ARM. He is a founding partner at Ajumogobia & Okeke, one of Nigeria's leading and renowned law firms. Mr. Okeke is responsible for the Commercial Project Financing and Privatization Group and specializes in local and international corporate/project finance. He has represented both investors and lenders over the years. Mr. Okeke serves on various boards including Cadbury Plc. and has acted as honorary legal counsel to the British High Commissioner since 1989. He was admitted to the Nigeria Bar Association in 1980 and is also a member of the American Bar Association.

Jude Kofi Bucknor - Non-Executive Director

Mr. J. Kofi Bucknor, ARM board member as of June 2008, is the Managing Partner of the Kingdom Zephyr Africa Management Company. He acts as an adviser to HRH Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal Bin Abdulaziz Alsaud, Chairman of Kingdom Holding Company and serves on the boards of Newmont Mining Corporation, Chirano Gold Mines, Kingdom Hotels Limited, CNIA Assurance, Morocco and Micro-Provident Botswana Limited.

In the past, Kofi has held board level positions in Shellter Afrique in Kenya, Ashanti Goldfields Corporation, Pep Stores Ghana, Normandy Mining Corporation of Australia, Ecobank Transnational Corporation, and T.A. Holdings Limited in Zimbabwe. He has also served as Chairman of the Councils of the Ghana Stock Exchange and The University College of Education, Winneba and has co-chaired Ghana's National Bond Market Committee.

Kofi has gathered extensive international banking experience from working in Chemical Bank in New York, where he began his professional career in 1979 and built his career over the years working in such institutions as, the African Development Bank in Abidjan, Lehman Brothers International, London and CAL Merchant Bank, Ghana. In 2000, he formed his own corporate finance advisory firm, J. Kofi Bucknor & Associates.

He holds an MBA (Finance) degree from Columbia University in New York and a B. Sc (Administration) degree from the University of Ghana, Legon. Kofi is fluent in French and a number of Ghanaian languages.

Funso Doherty - Non-Executive Director, Managing Director, ARM Pension Managers

Mr. Funso Doherty, CFA - pioneer Managing Director and CEO of ARM Pension Managers since 2006, joined the board of ARM as Chief Investment Officer in June 2008. Prior to his current role, Funso started his career in the Audit and Business advisory practice of Arthur Andersen, Lagos office (now KPMG) and has since held a number of senior positions managing investment portfolios for private clients, institutions and foundations in reputable organizations in the United States and Nigeria, such as PNC Advisors, the investment management arm of the PNC Financial Services Group, Goldman Sachs & Co & ARM Investment Managers.

He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation of the CFA Institute and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He is also a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society and the Pittsburgh Society of Financial Analysts. Funso holds a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School and earned a B. Sc. in Accounting from the University of Lagos.

Deji Alli - Managing Director and CEO, ARM

Deji Alli is the Managing Director of ARM Investment Managers, which he founded in 1994. His prior work experience includes six years in the asset management business with Prudential Portfolio Managers Limited, UK. At Prudential, he was responsible for the management of a number of Sterling denominated and multi currency fixed income portfolios. Deji later joined the Treasury Department of the African Development Bank (ADB) where he was a member of the team responsible for managing the institution"

Deji has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a post-graduate degree in Finance from the University of Lagos. He is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK.

Jumoke Ogundare - Managing Director, Asset Management

Jumoke Ogundare oversees ARM's asset management business which covers business development, investment management and research, ARM Discovery Fund and ARM Trustees. Jumoke has several years' credit & marketing experience spanning International Merchant Bank (IMB), Prime Merchant Bank Limited and Citadel Savings and Loans.

Jumoke holds a B Sc. in Economics from the University of Jos and a Masters in Business Administration degree from Cardiff Business School in Wales. Jumoke is also an alumnus of the Program for Management Development (PMD) of the Harvard Business School.
