Chairman

Felix Ohiwerei

Mr. Ohiwerei has had a distinguished business career, both locally and internationally, and today sits on the boards of several blue-chip companies including Coates Brothers (West Africa) Limited, Jubilee Mortgage Bank Limited, Bankers Warehouse Limited, e-Tranzact International Limited, and World Dove Media Plc. While he serves as chairman on the boards of Fidson Healthcare Limited and Ashford and McGuire Consulting, he is the longest-standing Managing Director, and former Chairman of Nigerian Breweries Plc.

Mr. Ohiwerei is a Fellow, Nigerian Marketing Association; Fellow, Geography Society of Nigeria; Fellow, Institute of Directors; Fellow, Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria. He holds an Honorary Doctor of Laws Degree (LL.D) from the University of Ibadan. He is also a recipient of the Zik’s Prize in Leadership Award, the Order of Orange Nassau by the Queen of the Netherlands and Officer of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (OFR). Appointed Chairman of ARM’s Board of Directors in May 2006.

Chief Executive Officer

Jumoke Ogundare

Jumoke was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Asset & Resource Management Company Ltd ARM, the holding company of the ARM Group in July 2015. Between 2011 and 2015, she was Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Firm. Prior to that she was the Managing Director, ARM Asset Management Non Pension, where she was actively involved in building the asset management business to become one of the leading asset management firms in Nigeria with several billions of Naira under management.

She has more than 25 years experience in credit & marketing spanning International Merchant Bank (IMB), Prime Merchant Bank Limited and Citadel Savings and Loans.

Jumoke holds a B Sc. in Economics from the University of Jos and a Masters in Business Administration degree from Cardiff Business School in Wales. She is also an alumnus of the Program for Management Development (PMD) of the Harvard Business School.

Deputy Chief Executive Officer, ARM

Sadiq Mohammed

Sadiq Mohammed is currently a Deputy Group CEO of ARM and prior to that was the Managing Director of ARM Pension Managers (PFA) Limited between 2011 and 2014.

Previously, at different points he served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of ARM Group and the Managing Director in charge of ARM’s Proprietary Business. He joined the Board of ARM in 2010. He is also a member of the Board of Directors at SunTrust Bank Nigeria Limited.

Sadiq is an Industrial Chemistry graduate of Abubakar Tafawa-Balewa University and a Financial Risk Manager (FRM) Charterholder & a Fellow of the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) and earned a dual Executive MBA from Carnegie-Mellon University & the University of Geneva. He is an alumnus of HBS’ Advanced Management Program (AMP).

Deji Ali

Deji is a Non – Executive Director of Asset & Resource Management Company Ltd (ARM), which he founded in 1994. He led ARM through it’s transformational change from a single currency asset management Firm, to one of Nigeria’s most prominent integrated non-bank financial services Firm. His prior work experience includes time spent with Prudential Portfolio Managers Limited, UK, as well as the African Development Bank (ADB) between 1986 and 1994.

Deji has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a postgraduate degree in Finance from the University of Lagos. He is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK.

Mrs. Elizabeth Uwaifo

Mrs. Elizabeth Uwaifo is a lawyer with over 30 years post call experience. Her experience spans over banking, company secretarial practice, governance, and core legal practice. She has done extensive work advising blue chip companies globally and specifically in the United Kingdom in corporate and commercial practice, financial advisory, transaction structuring, regulatory engagements, securitisation and voluntary service in the public service. She has co-authored several articles and journals. She is involved in various non-governmental organisations empowering women and young professionals. She holds LL.B, First Class Honours from the University College London and a Bachelor of Civil Law from Oxford University. She is a qualified Solicitor in England and Wales. She joined the Board in June 2021.

Mr. Babatunde Lemo, OFR

Mr. Lemo was the Deputy Governor of Operations and Director at the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and served as its Deputy Governor of Financial Surveillance Sector. He was the Managing Director of Wema Bank Plc from 2000 to 2003 and led the transformation of the Bank culminating its superlative performance during the period and its ranking as one of the top ten most profitable commercial banks at the time. Mr. Lemo was the Chairman of Abuja Securities & Commodity Exchange Plc and was recently appointed Chairman of the Federal Roads Maintenance Agency. He is the Chairman of Titan Trust Bank Limited, Flutterwave Nigeria Limited, Lambeth Capital Limited and Crafts and brans Limited. He is a Non-Executive Director of CBC Emea limited. He attended the University of Nigeria Nsukka, where he graduated with First Class Honours in Accounting in 1984. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and a recipient of the prestigious national award of Officer of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Mr. Segun Adebanji

Mr. Adebanji has over 35 years working experience serving on Boards and blue-chip companies. He recently retired from African Capital Alliance where he was a Principal and Head of FMCG/Agric. He was the Executive Vice Chairman of Alvac Company Limited. Mr. Segun Adebanji’s working experience includes United Africa Company Plc and Unilever PLC London and South Africa. He served as Financial Director of Nigerian Breweries PLC and later Managing Director, Heineken Ghana and Namibia Breweries. Mr. Adebanji was later appointed the Corporate Treasurer of Heineken International. He is a Fellow of both the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). Mr. Adebanji is a non-Executive Director of Nigerian Breweries Plc, Bankers Warehouse Limited.; Beloxxi Industries Limited, Gas Terminalling & Distribution Limited, Daraju Industries Limited and Callisto Investments Limited. He is the Chairman of Bevpak Nigeria Limited, Crest Agro Products Limited, Fidson Healthcare Plc and Filmhouse Group. He joined the Board in November 2019.

Sadiq Mohammed
