In 2010, the Nigerian Securities and Exchange Commission, in an attempt to restore investors’ confidence, appointed Mr Emmanuel Ikazoboh as Interim Administrator of the Nigerian Stock Exchange, to carry out a capital market reform of the Nigerian Stock Exchange.
